Amburax may collect the information you choose to share when you contact us, including your name, work email, company name, project details, and any other business context you include in your message.
How website inquiries work
The current website supports two contact modes. If a secure submission endpoint is configured for production, inquiry details may be sent directly to that endpoint. Otherwise, the site opens a drafted email to [email protected] so you can review the message before sending it.
How we use inquiry information
- To respond to your inquiry or schedule a relevant follow-up.
- To understand your business need and scope an appropriate recommendation.
- To improve our service positioning, delivery flow, and client communications.
Analytics and event tracking
The site includes privacy-friendly analytics hooks that can record page views and conversion events such as CTA clicks or form starts. These hooks are vendor-neutral and do not automatically connect to a third-party analytics provider unless Amburax configures one in production.
Spam protection
To reduce spam and automated misuse, the inquiry flow may use a hidden trap field, a minimum completion time, and lightweight validation checks before accepting or drafting a message.
Data sharing
Amburax does not sell inquiry data. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to run a secure contact workflow, website analytics, email, hosting, or related operations.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the website form and instead contact Amburax directly by email or LinkedIn. If you want Amburax to update or delete a prior inquiry record where reasonably possible, contact us at [email protected].
